  • "Order": An order made via phone or email to purchase services or products from BookPubs, confirmed by down payments through various methods.

OUR SERVICES

By submitting an order and/or payment, you are purchasing the product for your personal use only. All products are created by freelance writers who transfer all rights and ownership to the Company. Products are non-refundable and come with no warranties, expressed or implied. You are responsible for reading these Terms and Conditions before placing any order or making a payment.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only offered under specific conditions. Here are the details.

Refunds are provided under special conditions and are not unconditional. Conditions that void the refund policy include:

Selection of a special or custom package.

Request for revisions beyond the initial scope.
Lack of communication from the customer for more than 2 weeks.
Projects put on hold at the customer’s request.
Violations of company policies.
Incomplete creative briefs from the client.
Changes in business name or closure.
Refund requests due to 'change of mind' or disagreements unrelated to service quality.

Change of Mind:

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel within one hour of placing the order. After this period, a 15% processing fee applies.

Incompetent Delivery:

Refunds are considered if the delivered work does not meet project requirements after all revision options have been exhausted. We offer unlimited revisions to ensure satisfaction and reserve the right to process refunds with mutual agreement if the delivery fails to meet agreed-upon standards.

Late Delivery:

If we fail to deliver on time after at least three contact attempts, a refund may be issued if it is proven that the delay was our fault.

Refund Time Frame:

Refunds must be requested within 120 days of delivery. Claims made outside this period will not be considered.

Cases where refund will not be issued:

Minor errors (e.g., grammatical issues, word count discrepancies) may result in partial refunds or discounts for future purchases. No refunds will be issued for delays caused by the client.
